The customer service team at Brown & Toland listens to you and acts as your advocate in dealing with your care and benefits.
The Brown & Toland Customer Service Department also is responsible for communicating with health care providers and insurance companies on your behalf. We can answer questions you may have about eligibility, benefits and co-payments, authorization for services, medical bills you have received or assist in finding a primary care physician or specialist.
