Citrix Receiver Update Reminder

Overview:

All Citrix users will need to confirm that their Citrix version is on the most recent version of the Citrix Receiver.  Users with version lower than 12.1 may have connection issues come Monday, September 19, 2016.   Please review the below instruction with your local IT support.

 

NOTE:

  • Those who dictate via Dragon Medical software, should be using only Citrix version 12.1. We have found an incompatibility with higher versions.

  • Win XP users and TouchChart / Insurance Card Scanning users ignore this bullet point. All other Citrix users may upgrade Citrix per instructions at PPS Training Site.

  • Workstations used for TouchChart or Insurance Card Scanning will have RemoteScan installed.  Do not update Citrix Receiver without contacting servicedesk@btmg.com or calling 415.972.6008. Service Desk will help you schedule an appointment with the Technical Client Services team and your local IT support.

  • Window XP users should upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 10.  Microsoft ended support for Windows XP in April 2014. Please contact the servicedesk@btmg.com or call 415.972.6008 before attempting Citrix upgrade on any Win XP machine.
